needs to cook 20 min for al dente
great flavor, but you must tolerate some break apart out to 20 minutes for softening

Great product.
My pasta dishes are much better using this product. More bulk to a dish, gives more chew.

tasty
tasty but take 12-13 minutes to cook contrary to the package saying 6-8 minutes.

Mediocre taste, very low quality, high rate of breakage
You really get what you pay for here. Taste is... acceptable for a dried cheese tortellini. Barely. The filling allegedly has cheese in it is because the ingredients list says it does, but it sure doesn't taste like it. Another problem is that this pasta breaks very easily- it was bad enough that the bag arrived with a large portion of the pasta already broken (roughly a third of the tortellini was damaged, malformed or shattered, by my estimate), but cooking it caused many of the intact tortellinis to break open or disintegrate in the water. This product is edible, but if you're looking for good or even decent tortellini, look elsewhere.

Bulk pricing
Best price I could find for 2.2 lbs. I’ve ordered it twice now and will continue to order

Better than other reviews would suggest
I mean, they aren’t home made, they’re pre packaged bulk pasta so, it is what it is. They have a decent flavor and I was very pleasantly surprised that they arrived with very few broken, they clearly took their time to package them well before shipping. I have them in subscription now and they are a staple in my pantry

They're OK
They are pretty small. Very little filling. Half of the tortellini lose their filling when cooked.

Not Particularly Similar to the Item They're Supposed to be
broken chips, very little substance left to them. Once cooked, they're not much like pasta.
