Just received this today. Powder can be mixed with juice, yoghurt or smoothie. I tried recommended yoghurt. Found the texture grainy and unpleasant but flavour was pleasant. Will try in the other ways before deciding on repeat purchase. Unsure of effectiveness yet. I have tried Biomel, this was effective for bowel function, and feeling generally less sluggish and improved mood. That was twice the price of this order however.

I have this mixed in with another super greens product. I may be crazy but I definitely don’t feel like myself when I forget to take “love thy gut”. It takes like it’s supposed to. It’s not meant to taste like a bar of chocolate, so there😀! Also I feel “clogged” up (if you know what I mean) when I do forget. It’s my nightly routine and since the gut is technically now seen as the “second brain” I’m doing all I can to keep this healthy. I will continue to order this as I feel really good from taking it. It’s a good price and seems to last me a while. It does get a bit clumped up when you dissolve it but that’s easily resolved after you keep stirring it.

This is my favourite fibre supplement! I love that they use natural and minimal ingredients, unlike so many other brands that use fillers, colours, added sugar, and other weird and unnecessary additives. This has been a massive help and it tastes great mixed into my morning smoothie or yogurt. It’s so easy to use, is such a great consistency, and really does work. I’ll definitely be buying more!
