100% satisfied
I bought the orange one that’s rated for 1,100#.I am a caterer. I’m in and out of tall buildings, dealing with loading docks, elevators that don’t stop flush with the floor, deep cracks in sidewalks, “aggressive” swing doors, knobby tiles, etc. And I needed a cart that fit nicely in the bed of my F150.My old cart had smaller hard plastic wheels that got caught in everything. And it rattled my food.I originally thought I needed a cart with air-filled tires. But actually these wheels are fitted with some sort of silicone-like tires that smooth out most bumps. And since they are a larger diameter, that actually helps too. And the wheels roll soooo smoothly. The cart itself really feels sturdy and up to the task. The handle is fitted with a foam sleeve. You don’t need the sleeve at all, but it’s nice. However, in the first day it sustained a couple tears and slices. But I fixed that with duct tape all along the whole pad. Works great and will stand up better to being tossed into the back of my truck.Couldn’t be happier!!September 26, 2023 Update: The cart is still performing great! I just added a photo, here it has about (guessing) 250# of food and equipment loaded on it. Handled it with ease. I've also learned that this cart does great across thick grass (however, not loaded down with 250# of food!)

Made the College Dorm Move process SMOOTH!
Very sturdy, durable and practical! It is a very heavy item and I had to get help to get it in the house. Once unboxed, all of the components were intact And it came with a 2-sided wrench and a bag full of extra screws. The only thing is it DID NOT COME WITH INSTRUCTIONS, so I had to use “Common Sense” to simply screw the wheels on. THANKS TO THE REVIEW OF ANOTHER CUSTOMER, I FOLLOWED THE RECOMMENDATION TO ATTACH THE WHEELS WITH THE ORANGE STRIPE ON THE FRONT. I really don’t know what would’ve happened if I had reversed the wheels, but what I Do know is that putting the striped ones in the Front Works Well! The wheels move smoothly on a variety of surfaces, it’s Great for Moving and the enclosed bungee cord helps keep items secure, and a step on the bottom bar of the handle easily folds it for storage.I’m pleased with this trolley and I highly recommend it!

A Cart That Doesn’t Quit (Even When You Do)
Meet the Platform Truck Heavy Duty Cart—because sometimes, you need to haul 1100 lbs of stuff without your back screaming and your arms begging for mercy. Whether you’re moving boxes, furniture, or just generally pretending to be a warehouse worker, this cart has got your back (literally). What’s So Great About It?✅ 1100 lbs Capacity – If this cart can’t handle your load, you probably shouldn’t be carrying it in the first place. But no judgment, we’ve all been there.✅ 360° Swivel Wheels – These 5-inch wheels spin in every direction, so you can make sharp turns and navigate tight spaces like you’re in some kind of warehouse ninja training program.✅ Heavy Duty, But Not Impossible to Maneuver – It’s a beast, but don’t worry, it rolls smooth and glides effortlessly even with a mountain of stuff on top. It’s like pushing a shopping cart on steroids.✅ 36x24 Inch Platform – It’s got enough space to haul everything you didn’t know you needed to move—boxes, furniture, your friend’s weird DIY project, or whatever you’re pretending to “store” in the garage.Minor Complaints (But They Don’t Really Matter):❌ Still Requires Human Effort – As much as I wish it could magically lift and load itself, you’ll still need to put in some muscle. Sorry to break it to you.❌ Can’t Lift Stuff on Its Own – If you thought this was some sort of self-lifting cart, then no, it’s still a cart, not a robot.Final Verdict:The Platform Truck Heavy Duty Cart is the real MVP for moving heavy loads with ease. It’s sturdy, reliable, and doesn’t complain about the job. Whether you’re hauling a heavy load around the warehouse, or just need something to make your life easier when moving, this cart’s got you covered.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Would haul again. 💪

Good Cart, Came With Minor Damage
The cart is doing just what I needed it to. I wish it had come without damage to the foam cushion on the handle. (See photo.) I noticed when unpacking it, that the protective plastic around the handle had a small cut in it. When I removed the plastic, could see that the foam cushion was damaged at the same location as the plastic. It looks like a small diameter pipe banged into it at an angle, which cut both the plastic and the cushion in a pattern than looks like the letter C.The cart is fine, so I had no interest in getting a replacement, which was the only option that shows up on Amazon. There is no way to send a message to the vendor to see if they have any recommendations for patching the hole. Thus, I am using the only option open to me - this review. My first complaint, then, is that the handle cushion came with a hole in it, that is likely to expand over time and there is no way to connect to the vendor so this can be addressed. I will eventually cover the hole with something like duct tape, if I cannot find a better recommendation. Anyone have any ideas? My second complaint is that the handle cushion and the plastic that surrounded it were installed on the handle before the black cross piece was attached (to add structural strength). Since this plate is riveted in place, there is no good way to remove it and replace the foam cushion. Rivets are simpler to attach, but much harder to remove and reattach.I would love to hear any thoughts from the vendor or from anyone else who has had to repair a small cut in a foam covering like this.

Wheels went bad
Worked great for about 2-3 months. We then found the issues of the wheels coming out and stripping out to the point where the wheels cant be put back in. IF the wheels worked great this would be 5 stars. They simply don't hold up. We never come close to putting the weight limit on the carts.
