Favorite boil seasoning.
Bought this to try once for our boil, and now will always use.This is better than any of the other boil seasonings we have tried. We throw some in the boil when we cook, then we melt some butter, throw in minced garlic, and season with Slap Ya mama, then toss the cooked seafood before serving.IMOk, cant be beat.

My secret ingredient for red beans.
I used to live near New Orleans and once took a cooking class there and the chef recommended Slap ya Mama. I use it in my red beans and rice and its outstanding.
