Misleading listing – no fingerprint sensor
The laptop was advertised US keyboard layout, backlit keyboard, and fingerprint recognition. What I received was completely different: UK keyboard layout, no fingerprint reader, no backlight.The UK layout slows down my typing and hurts productivity, In my work place and at home, we use US keyboard layout. Even if I adapt over time, switching back to my other computers in US keyboard layout will again slow me down.This was false advertising. I am very dissatisfied and do not recommend this seller.

Good value for money
Dell is always a good company and I got the exact specs that I had wanted. Does not give me any trouble and with this price range good value for money. No lagging, although it is a bit small but good product. The usb ports are a bit tight. I mean it is a bit too much fitting the usbs :) It does make sound sometime when I open too many apps like it is breathing but it is normal I think. Good value for money and durable although does not have the backlight. It would have been good on the keyboards. No fancy no frills just plain Dell.
