I really love my Wüsthof double-serrated bread knife. Even crusty loaves cut like softened butter. However, those blades are frighteningly sharp and can be damaged easily. This simple plastic cover does everything you need to keep blood out of your next slice of bread.Just FYI: It is more of a cover than a sleeve; the opening extends for the length of the blade and cover - not just the end.
