No, in my opinion although it might just fit width wise it would be too long and you certainly would not be able to use the bow to tie the top. I’m not sure that you would even have enough length to fold over to seal the bag with sticky tape. I used my bag for a single hot cross bun with a bow and it was perfect for that. It is a very good product but perhaps they do a larger size that would suit you better.

Q: Would a single toilet roll fit into one of these?

Yes. I've fitted in a 50ml bottle of perfume with loads of room for more.
