Magnets hold well and it is loud enough to be heard but not loud enough to be obnoxious. It also is accurate in the timing.

Bad battery leaking Acid.
Looks used, oily stuff beside the magnets. I took the battery cover off to put a battery in and there was already one. The Battery was bad and leaking acid. The battery was stuck to the corroded spring. Once I got it out I tried a new battery and it doesn't work. Threw it in the trash. Got acid on me and the new battery so I had to wash both with baking soda to kill the acid. I hate dealing with other peoples BS.
