These worked really well for sleep! The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 is because I can't dream on them, and dreaming is important to me. If you don't care whether or not you dream, then these are amazing!

I am a repeat buyer of this product- I use it to help me get to sleep & stay asleep when i’ve Had a vexing day. It works very well, leaves me refreshed and alert to face the day. It has no bad taste, it dissolves quickly under my tongue. I will buy again and I highly recommend it as it delivers on a good night’s sleep.

Got it for mom she hasn’t used it yet but I trust the Boiron brand as I have used some of their other products

My 19 yr old son has a hard time sleeping. These help him better than melatonin. They are tiny though and they run out quickly. Probably a good idea to subscribe.

I reviewed this already as a good sleep aid. I bought it again for my sister. She said it worked for insomnia.

Doesn't work for sleep apnea

I didn’t think this would help me sleep because there are no drugs in it but I sleep well EVERY NIGHT!!!!!
