These curtain rods are a great deal. I use them for light to medium weight sheer curtains as long as 84”. It’s been more than half a year and they are still working fine. I don’t know how well they hold up for heavier curtains though.

These tension rods are easy to install and very sturdy once placed. I'm using them as a little extra window security by placing the rods in the window track. The black color blends right in. When I do need to remove them to clean or open a window it is relatively easy to do so.

Returning: Rods sag in middle starting at about 24" and that is without curtains installed. Could be fine for smaller widths. Live and Learn. In my pix, this rod is shown above a different distributer/manufacturer tension rod that was also marked as maximum 28" The cost was the same as I paid for sagging rod and weighs more but is still light. I bought the "solid" one on a different site than Amazon.

Nice & Short. It's great that they come in a larger variety of sizes now. They are so versatile and inexpensive and sold in several local stores. It's very convenient.

They were a little hard to get to fit into the window frame and stay there. I had to get my husband to put them up for me because I couldn't get them in tight enough. My 3 year old pulled on the curtains too hard and the whole bar came down, but my husband said he thinks that one was loose anyways since it was the first one he tried putting up. Overall though, I think these tension rods are great, they do what they're supposed to do, and I didn't have to drill a million holes in my walls to hang up curtains.

This don’t have much length but it worked for what I needed it for . It feels sturdy and easy to set up

I use these for stretching things like jogging, underwear foundation, etcI used them on a cabinet with no door to hide my art supplies

Love adding sheers on tension rods for quick changes to a room. Have never loved the twisting and pulling and distortion that tension rods can give. Not these! Twist one end until the desired length is achieved, place, and you are done! Didn't have to "hope" they would stay up; they did easily. Didn't have to pull and twist on both ends while the spring tension tried to yank it back to center; these had one end twist and then place the rod. These also don't feel as if they will bend in the middle as they are placed. Well made. The wood color matched perfectly with the wood in the room. Super price for 6. Just sooo good.

I used this bar for a wardrobe I purchased for my baby nursery. It only came with one bar and I put one of these to make a second row.You have to play with the tension in order to get this secure. Once it's locked in it holds up. I wouldn't recommend this bar for anything super heavy. For baby clothes it's perfect!
