The media could not be loaded. Gave the iStim EM5200 a spin to boost pelvic muscles and zap those leaks. It’s comfy, ergonomic, and easy to clean, with two probe sizes. Super user-friendly with a guide, multiple modes, and each 40-minute program set. After two weeks, my pelvic muscles felt stronger, and leaks? Almost gone. Confidence level: 100%.

I hate that this item will not hold a charge. According to the instruction manual, once fully charged for four hours, you can get about 7 sessions before it needs recharging. I exchanged my first iStem which had the same problem for another, thinking the first was simply defective. My second is behaving the same as the first. The only way to use it is to do a four hour charge just before using. This is not very convenient and certainly not as advertised! The low battery icon, that is supposed to show when recharging is needed, has never materialized.When it works it is satisfactory for it's purpose. However, keeping it ready to use on your schedule is a royal headache!

I'm actually pretty young, but as I've gotten older, I've started having some issues with urinary frequency. So, I thought I'd give this pelvic floor training device a shot.This machine needs some water-based lube to work, but they didn't include any in the box. Luckily, I had some at home, so it wasn't a big deal.After using it for a week, I found that the feeling from the muscle stimulation was surprisingly comfy. I've tried those electrode pads for muscle stimulation before, and this felt kind of similar. The machine's sessions last around 30-40 minutes, and you can pause or stop them whenever. I usually use it while watching TV, so completing the whole session is easy.

I am in the very first stages of incontinence. I bought this to try to head off serious problems, such as my mother had by starting early.First I tried the Elitone but found it totally inadequate at the stimulation needed to contract the pelvic floor simply never materialized, even though I used it at the highest setting.So, I then moved on to this device. The directions aren't really very enlightening, but not terribly difficult to figure out.I started using it straight away and my biggest concern, thus far, is that the control unit vibrates loudly with every single pulse of stimulation. In fact it vibrates so loudly they even though I wrap it in a towel and try to muffle it between my pillow and my comforters, I am still worried that it can be heard in the next room. Not if the TV is on, but if someone is simply sitting in the other room browsing through their cell phone there's no way they cannot fail to hear the constant rhythmic vibrations.This means that I, in my room alone, have no real sense of privacy because it's only a matter of time before one of them asks me what that sound is.Lying in my bed, with the probe inside of me, stimulating my pelvic floor to contract in order to keep from wetting myself, well that's information I'd rather not the rest of the house being on, especially in the moment.As to its effectiveness, well I've only been using it a week. I have noticed some improvement. I hope this improvement continues. I will revisit this review at a later date to let you know if it does fully relieve my very light and continence. As light as my incontinence is, if it can't relieve mine it won't relieve yours.

My wife got this to see if it would help to strengthen her pelvic floor muscles to have less leakage when sneezing, laughing, etc. She birthed our two girls and that can take a toll. She started using this and it helped to strengthen muscles similar to Kegel exercises. She believes it has worked to help with incontinence. From my side of things there has been noticeable improvement for both of us in the bedroom dept. Highly recommend!

I waited too long to test this product. The handheld part has more “movement” than the probe. My hand gets a huge vibration and thats about it.
