Disappointing
Watch is of an average quality. Came faulty and I had to return it. The return process itself was straight forward. The pain started afterwards. There is no real time tracker, there is no phone number to call, there is no online chat. It's been 3 weeks and still waiting for my refund and trying to figure out how to speak to someone.
