Fixed issue
Expensive! But fixed the door right away.

Works great, needs better installation hardware though
First off, the product itself works exactly as you would expect (I purchase 2). My only feedback to the company would be that the wingnuts striped the bolt that holds the device onto the bracket on 2 out of 4 of the units I installed. Thankfully I had a couple of pan-head screws and bolts laying around that worked just fine but for the price paid for these a higher quality nut and washer is definitely in order.
