This vacuum is great! It is just what I was looking for. I only need to use the low speed and it picks up every thing on my floors. It it light weight another good feature because I have arthritis in my hand. The 24 volt of power allows me to get all my floors cleaned and more. It is great and always ready for those messes around the house. I am saving up to get another one for our lower level. In case you can’t tell l really like this vac. Every home needs one for sure! I also like all the attachments they are good for many uses around my house.

I dislike cleaning so much but with this absolutely remarkable vacuum with HEPA filter ... I bought several to use through out the house and garage. Very hesitant at first to purchase as we have been burned by much more expensive, heavy, hard to use and empty noisy sticks; HOWEVER, we took a chance on this much less expensive KENMORE and have been extremely pleased for at least a dozen reasons in all applications:1. effortlessly transitions from hard ceramic tile to thick shag accent rugs,2. HEPA filter eliminates pass thru dust,3. easy to assemble vacuum and stand,4. so lightweight and ergonomic ! we are still stunned at its capacity and power,5. clean fresh look, no junky star wars looking components,6. quick release buttons work sharply even after months of use,7. SO EASY to empty the dirt container and no mess,8. pivots and turns tightly, unobtrusive operating noise,9. we use for all areas: ceramic tile, wood floors, concrete floors, door entrances, pet sites including kitty liter,10. charges up in reasonable time,11. hand vac function works just as well as the floor vac,12. has a foot pedal to cut internal materials that might get wrapped around the brushes...The only thing we regret is that we didn't find these vacs sooner !!!!!

Pros:Battery life lasted about 17 minutes on high, with the battery depleting ~25% every 5 minutes or so. It was enough for me to clean my 1200sqft house and vacuum cushions and baseboards.Great suction! It picked up pet hair, large crumbs, and fine dust particles with ease.Lightweight. It is too heavy and I had to switch hands but it wasn’t unbearable.The head of the vacuum swivels like crazy, and is easy to get into nooks and crannies.Cons:I don’t think it did as good of a job on carpet as it did on hardwood.I don’t think it will replace my corded vacuum, but this works well for every day cleaning.

Okay, so I will start by saying that I live in a two story 2300 sq ft house with a dog, cat, toddler and my husband. I have a Dyson canister vacuum that I bought a year ago and it is just too cumbersome to drag up and down the stairs. I was looking for a cordless stick vacuum that I could easily use for crumbs or carpet or hardwood daily, because I am a neat freak. The worse thing about hardwood is feeling every little crumb or piece of debris under foot. I didn’t want to spend another $500 on a Dyson or $300 on a shark. But I was also concerned about some of the fake reviews that run rampant on Amazon. So I decided based on reviews that for price and brand recognition, this was my best bet and I was not disappointed.Pros:•Cute! This vacuum is so cute. I love the design and the battery indicator light.•Lightweight! Wow, it’s extremely lightweight. I can maneuver with 1 hand. Easily do my stairs, whip it out to blast some crumbs quickly and vacuum my entire home without feeling fatigued.•Great on hardwood! It does a great job with debris on hardwood. Gets everything up in one pass.•Great maneuverability! The head fits under my couch, fits on my stairs, fits under my bed and nightstand easily. It’s amazing and getting aroundCons:•Battery Life: now this is sort of a con but not really. Most of these vacuums do not have more than 40 minutes on a full charge. But I did run out of battery power right before I finished vacuuming every room in my house. The last room it died. I don’t typically use my vacuum in such a way, typically I do one floor at a time. So it really doesn’t impact me enough to regret my purchase or dislike this vacuum. I truly love it.•Canister size: it’s kinda small. I have pets and have to dump it a few times because it does add up quick but if I just do a quick vacuum, it’s fine and doesn’t matter enough to impact my opinion.Note: for hardwood floor I typically use the eco mode but when I get on rugs or carpet I find the higher setting is best.I am totally impressed with this vacuum. I use it daily. If you’re on the fence, buy it!
