These do help a bit, but remember it's basically a days worth of salt in one cup! The only time I can justify that is when I'm so sick that I know I won't be eating all day. That's disappointing because I'm allergic to basically every other stomach med. All I have left is ginger... Can you feel the self pity going on over here? Lol! Also, why on earth do these things cost so much?
