I've bought a couple of products from Well Actually after listening to some glowing reports from folks who know far more than I do on health.Apart from it tasting a tad sweet, seems to do the job.

I’d tried the magnesium supplement previously from Well Actually, and the benefits I saw of that meant I thought I’d give a few of their other products a try as I’d had a cold / cough for almost 6 weeks, and by taking tablet vitamin supplements I just hadn’t managed to sort it out.1 week of this, alongside vitamin B12 spray supplement has managed to really make a difference.The cough has definitely improved this week, it might just be the time I’ve had it, but it strange how much it’s improved since taking these two alongside the magnesium.This is so easy to take. I’ve taken by itself from the spoon, but my favourite is to make a smoothie with it. It gives it a real sweet kick to it. I’ve tried it in the smoothie and also adding it on top of the smoothie (this was not intended, I just forgot to add it). Adding it on top of a smoothie with oats, almond milk, peanut butter, sunflower seeds and frozen cherries has been my personal favourite.It’s going to be interesting to see what I do when I finish this bottle, as I can’t see me having my vitamin C supplement any other way now!

After reading the reviews I'm sure this is a great product for most but taking just a teaspoon each morning made my stomach hurt so badly followed by some extreme rapid bathroom visits...

It's like having a shot of a strong coffee - gives you a lovely burst of energy. I've seen it work on my mum and now I can see it on myself too and I love it!

Falsely advertised as no sweetners!! Steviol glycosides come from stevia, which some people are intollerant to and need to avoid. Steviol is also linked to cancer and your putting it in vitamins and lying about it!

Hubby and I have been taking 2 tsp a day of this each for a couple of months. It has given us so much energy it's amazing, my husband seems like a totally different person. He works really hard and often used to look tired and drained - not any more! If I could choose just one thing to take for the rest of my life, it would be this. Plus it tastes great and I look forward to having it every morning. Btw I took it in the afternoon once and I was lying awake all night...
