I recently bought a filtering showerhead but wanted to remove any mineral buildup from my hair due to the hard well water we have. I heard that this shampoo has chelating action to remove minerals. I use this every few days to remove minerals and also any deposits from swimming in a chlorinated pool (it's currently summer.) This shampoo does not strip my hair's moisture and feels gentle. It lathers nicely and seems to make my hair healthier. I also use the conditioner in the jar and I've had good results. It has a very light fragrance and lathers well.

Just THANK YOU for making this product, both the shampoo and conditioner. I have suffered for years with FL hard water. It is such a pleasure to wash my hair again. So far, I have used it once and the results are incredible. As far as delivery and packaging - no issues, no leakage. Smells pleasant but not overpowering (and I'm really sensitive to scents). My hair is soft and fluffy and full, and after day three after one wash, my hair is not oily or heavy and I want to touch it all the time again. I no longer feel like something is wrong with me - you can't put a price on that. There is so much value is this little bottle - it works SO well. I can run my fingers through my hair in the shower during shampoo and rinse and I haven't been able to do that in a few years. I have tried many expensive products, water filters, and tried this based on the reviews I read from everyone else. Thank you all for taking the time to write reviews on this product so I could find it.

My hair gets kind of oily after a couple of days unless I have a good shampoo. Well this one is it! Good cleansing, great lasting power w/o oiliness and smells good too.

The only reason I got this Mielle chelating shampoo was to strip out the build-up in my hair caused by the combo of regular shampoo and the very hard water where I live. Based on the feel of my wet hair after using it, it's pretty clear that it's effective. But without using a good hair conditioner after the Mielle, my hair looks and feels extremely dry. So if you shower with hard water this is a good product to use - once a week, or twice at most - as long as you're willing to give up the natural oils in your hair and you don't forget the conditioner.

Love this brand and this particular shampoo. It lathers really well, rinses easily, and smells clean. My hair is coarse and dry, so after this it just seems more hydrated and manageable.

I have medium to low porosity, medium stand thickness, high density wavy/curly hair that gets weighed down easily. This shampoo lathers great and seems to moisturize my hair perfectly. I wash my hair twice with this shampoo and then use a curl cream as a conditioner and my hair turns out great. I haven’t experienced extra hair loss from this product. The scent is pleasant and not overpowering.

Work great and leaves my hair soft and with a healthy shine. Whenever my hair feels odd thanks to Texas hard water and dry air, this shampoo brings it back to life. I have curly hair, around 2C/3A, and this shampoo helps bring back my curls and help them feel bouncy again after being weighed down by other products or environmental factors. Cannot recommend enough!!

It lathers up so nicely and I feel like it really removes all of the products my daughter uses on her curly hair. It’s thick and feels high quality, definitely great value for the money in comparison to some other exfoliating shampoos I’ve purchased like ouai detox for example. The smell is mild but good. I really like the results we get when we use the matching deep conditioner. I use it in my daughters hair once a week and she likes the result.

I have very hard water. Using this ever other week to remove buildup. It really helps.

It’s really good I was feeling itchy on my roots but with amazing shampoo it’s helped me feel better I will recommend that for anyone who likes to wash their hair in deep cleaning

Ich habe mir die komplette Serie bestellt inklusive Spülung & Maske . Ich finde alle 3 Produkte super . Meine Haare sind richtig „sauber“ super weich und gepflegt und da sie schon viel mitmachen mussten vorallem blondierung kann ich sagen nach der 3ten Anwendung jetzt das es wirklich was bringt. Man sollte keine Wunder erwarten sofort aber eine tolle Produkt Serie 👍🏻
