Hello ,thanks for your question . 12000 including 10000-11000 bands + all the necessary acessaries( S-slips, charms,zipper hooks,beads ,sticker....) ,and exactly the palstic case is 28 grid ,but there are 4-5mixed color bands per grid (3 grids) so it is more than 36 colors in total. hope this answer can help you.
