Not as good as Fiber Choice chewables
Taste very good, like a treat. But taking 3 at night doesn't "get me going" the following day like 3 Fiber Choice chewables do! And I take 3 AND 4 Magnesium vitamins!! Still not much... "action" the next day 😫I'll be switching back to Fiber Choice chewable tabs. Til then, I'm upoing my dose to 5 per evening - starting NOW! 😂
