These disposable bamboo shovel style spoons are ideal for single serving items, especially small desserts. They are sturdy enough to handle most softer items (pudding, applesauce, mousse, cheesecake, dirt cups, etc.) and will also work well with ice cream, frozen yogurt, and gelato style treats. There IS a "wooden" taste upon the first second you taste it, but that dissipates quickly and does not interfere with the taste of the food. In addition to food use, these would also be great for stirring glues, paints, or dyes for crafting. A good value for a large lot of quality items!
