Great product, poor packaging
We love this flour and have purchased it regularly. Unfortunately, in the last shipment the bag at the bottom of the box split open and flour went everywhere when I unknowingly opened the box. The seller did replace it, and the replacement came with a Fragile label on it.

Love this flour. (And a lot of their products)But this is the second time flour bags were split on the bottom.I did get a refund through customer service.Be careful opening the box

Love this flour! I bought this for my sourdough starter. It created the strongest starter I’ve ever had and the bread is delicious. I read reviews mentioning shipping issues, but mine arrived double packed with no bags split open.
