Avoid batch Batch 2022 1006 GLO.00
I've been ordering this rice for over 2 years and it's usually been excellent. However, the latest batch "2022 1006 GLO.00" is absolutely awful, full of mouldy, hard shells and other sediments. I've alerted Bekah from their customer service team about this batch, she offered me a refund but they are still continuing to sell their remaining stock of Batch 2022 1006 GLO.00. Please avoid and purchase another brand for time being until a new batch arrives.
