Q: Does anyone know where can I get a replacement guard that will fit? My #2 guard is broken.

So this is the answer I got from their "customer service" after I contacted them through Amazon: "We are sorry we don't have a replacement guide comb to send you, but we have found a suitable link for you on Amazon. Essentially they take no responsibility for their product once it's sold.

Q: Are the Guard attatchments universal with other clipper brands?

Hi, dear customer, the included 18 guard attachments are only work with the Glaker hair clipper model K11S and I11. If you have any confusion, welcome to contact us.

Q: What type of batteries do these use? i prefer lithium ion because i had clippers that used nicd batteries and never held the charge.

Not sure if lithium-ion, but hold a charge had then four or five months now add still have not recharged them. But I do not use them everyday. Well made I would recommend them to anyone.
