MedZone Piercing Aftercare and Wound Sterile Saline Spray Wash, 8 Ounce Can (Pack of 3)

I need to clarify some things (though I really did enjoy reading the amount of user error in the reviews below):1. High pressure is good to clean your piercings, you shouldn't be touching it2. I always use this at the end of a shower on my ear piercings (which mitigates the mess)3. Using this daily after a shower has completely rid me of the irritation I was experiencing from other products; And has completely removed any issues I was having with my piercing (that being said, if you have an infection CONTACT your doctor, this isn't a cure-all for bad piercing care)Instructions:Use the dial on the back of the product to adjust the pressure. Test the stream out by pointing it away from you in the bathroom or shower so there are no surprises. (You should be doing this anyway before first use). Direct the nozzle towards the area you want to treat and spray. Put a towel under the treatment area or perform treatment in shower. Always lightly dry the area first before using wound wash. Too much moisture is a breeding ground for bacteria.

You can vary the output flow by varying your pressure on the nozzle (some reviews complained it was way too strong for piercing use) I would not recommend using on an eye brow or nose as potential aspiration. I used this for my rook piercing and it was effective at irrogating definitely helped with sanitizing.I am only giving 4 stars because it only lasted about a month and a half. I m guessing because of the large volume that it comes out at. It is a bit expensive for how quickly I used it up but it was the correct ph and still a better value than H2Ocean

UPDATE: EXTREMELY unhappy. Used it for 2 seconds and it stopped. Can’t get it to work and I’ve tried locking it and unlocking it SEVERAL times and it’s just not working... they won’t let me return it. It’s too late to be on the phone trying to get a replacement or my money backUpdate-The company sent me an email to ask how o life’s the product and I responded that the product was defective, which they replied within 24 hours and apologized and immediately sent a replacement within two business days. The new product works well. I am happy with the product.

Just a simple .9% saline solution. I was using band aid brand wound wash for my piercing and dint know it had some other additives. Then I switched to H2ocean because I didn’t know that also had a bunch of additives. I had a consistent bump on my new nostril piercing for like 3 months. When I switched to this (and got the jewelry changed) it cleared right up. The spray nozzle gets messy after a while and leaks out of the side. It also sprays a lot more out than I need so it runs out a lot faster. One bottle of this stuff lasts me two weeks TOPS. Perfect if you have the money to blow on a basic saline solution for piercings but if you’re pressed for cash you can mix some at home. Not sure what it’s like as a regular wound wash

I have daith and helix piercings . I couldn't get the Neilmed fine mist saline spray the piercer gave me so I bought this one. Wrap a towel around you and dont have makeup on your face because this will soak your face and clothes. I now just use it to soak a qtip and clean piercing that way but it's still a waste. My Neilmed lasted 6 months. I bought this bottle a month ago and it's almost empty. Won't buy again.

Great customer service.contacted via amazon messaging to vendor who not only answered promptly , but took care of my issue immediately which was most likely. not their fault. Wish all amazon vendors had this level of care and concern.

This product is excellent! There is no residue (which is a problem I’ve had with other ones), the force of the flow is adjustable, and the bottle is big enough that it lasts well.One of the three bottles malfunctioned and when I told the company, they responded immediately and had a replacement out the next day. They went above and beyond! Great product, great company!

I am not sure which one of those guys I had. All I know it was it was a bump on my nose piercing... I tried everything to get rid of it. all these things on YouTube that say they can help you get rid of your bump quick… They are full of it! There is no fast way of getting rid of these bumps. The main thing I can offer for advice would be DO NOT TOUCH IT!!! And clean three times a day using this stuff..took 3 weeks for me. I’m a nurse, so I made damn sure I kept it clean and hands free. Be patient. Also...DONT PICK IT! It will fall off when it’s ready. (I also would saturate the top of a q tip, wash the area, then spray it once again. Good luck!
