This machine has been of enormous help. It's easy to use, portable (it goes on trips with me) and really works well on easing muscle tension in my back and hips. I strongly recommend it.

Struggling to get the remote control to work with the device, it’s nice still getting use to it

Bought the Bodiflx tens machine on the 16th January 2023 as I from chronic back pain. It was really effective for me and I did get relief from using it, you wash the sticky get pad that sticks on your back under not to must water which makes the gel sticky again.It’s now 28th March 2023 and I have lost the main part of the piece that sticks on my back, I have been trying to see if I could buy another one as still have spare pads, and the remote etc.I have searched hit and low it’s always put in the box but is no longer in it. I have been unsuccessful at trying them with no success 🥲

Works as expected. Battery live is very good. I would expect clearer user guidelines on where it can be attached tonthe born and where not. There are pictures, colour cide, but that does not provide a clear understanding of Do / Don't.

Very good machine. Strong settings and good massage for pain. Just be careful when you turn it with the pad in place that the remote is on the first setting or it can give you a jolt!

I recommend starting very low on setting 1 and building up. It's an odd sensation first of all but you do get used to it and it does offer temporary pain relief. I don't like taking paracetamol etc and this works for me. I also like that it's very portable and will be using it in work the day after training!

This product was sent to me for review. It’s an overall tidy piece of kit to have, that could aid in recovery. It’s meant to act as some form of recovery for aching muscles but seek proper professional help if you have any pain. It works by sticking an adhesive patch on your skin, putting the electro thing on top and using the remote to choose your relief. It has a few different settings, such as massage, acupuncture, shiatsu etc. They are all vaguely similar, in that the only difference you feel is frequency of shocks.The actual shock isn’t quite an electric shock, it’s more reminiscent to a massage gun, that causes that weird skin vibration. In terms of actual relief, I couldn’t say for certain whether my muscles felt better after it or if it was just a weird sensation. For the price I would probably say not worth the gamble and just ice up whatever pain you have. A tad gimmicky, but I put this in the category of ‘have to try it for yourself to see if you like it’.
