This powder is something I keep for anyone in the household to use. With its blend of magnesium, it eases gently the issues associated with constipation. A non medicated, natural solution for those needing a little support. The orange flavour powder tastes nicer than unflavoured.

Wouldn’t be without this stuff
Has worked consistently for about two years now. I use it for anxiety and panic attacks. Chose powder over tablets or capsules because I’m a hypochondriac and a control freak so using the powder allowed me to start off with small amounts and work up to what worked for me. It mixes much better in warm water than cold and I always add vitamin c powder for taste. I used to just take it whenever I had a panic attack, it would take 30-45 minutes to calm me down so it worked a treat. But then I thought maybe if I took it every day I wouldn’t have panic attacks at all. Well, they haven’t gone completely but they’re 90% better than they were so still very much a winner in my book. I’ve also had less migraines and less palpitations. If you’re a worrier or you have a paranoid crazy brain like mine, start small and just increase the amount that sits right with your comfort zone and work up till you feel better. It’s definitely worth a try, I carry some everywhere with me now

This has helped me a lot with pregnancy constipation. It is important to follow the instructions and dissolve in hot water first - then it can be added to ice if desired. I would highly recommend. The plain has the best flavor in my opinion - it just makes water taste slightly acidic - like lemon juice.
