It certainly moves the Water ,
The pump works very well , You need to have a suitable Pipe and tight clip. and auto stop float can be a bit sensitive

Fast and easy to use
It's working as expected, fast and easy to use. Onmy downside is that instructions manual is text only, no pics.

Beware minimum starting level!
This was going to get 1* and thrown in the bin, but a little bit of searching and patience paid off. First things first, the instructions are TERRIBLE. They don't even mention there is a screw holding the replaceable base. It's recessed so it really isn't obvious. The pictures are blurry. Second, although this pumps down to "1mm" it has a minimum starting depth. The water will only trickle out at best if not at the minimum depth which is probably 3inches. Once it is deep enough my word this thing can pump. It has plenty of power. We had about 2-3 inches covering our cellar floor but it would not start fully, so we rigged up a system. Put the pump in a big bucket and then fill the bucket. We did this manually but you could rig up a wet and dry vac to do it. It was ok though, taking water up cellar stairs and then going out to the drain would have been painful, I just sat in the cellar keeping the bucket topped up, east enough. Bad news, after a full day of clearing ours and a neighbours cellar it appears to have died. I suspect a big bit of debris got in there. Can't really blame it. This thing is so cheap I only expected it to last a few days. Yes it pumps low but it needs highish water to start and yes it can chomp some debris, but not a lot. I always kept the bucket as clean as I could but it still choked and died. Pleased I got it and my cellar is dry but come on, it's really cheap, please don't expect something industrial.

Does not last
After 16 months this is no longer working

Brilliant
Fantastic pond pump. Works really well and very quick to empty my pond for cleaning. I’ve even used it when our garage flooded in a freak thunderstorm and the rate at which this pumped out the water prevented our kitchen from flooding. Brilliant!
