I take it occasionally, only when I feel I need it and works wonders for me. Helps me feel calmer and not so agitated. The thoughts are more focused and not racing madly in every direction. And when I am calmer, I also sleep better. Hope it helps you too

I will not buy this product again it did not help me in a positive way. The only effect I felt was my anxiety was worst not sure if it was energy or not. It could also have been an effect from one of the ingredients. Just be careful if you have issues with anxiety.
