Great option for a kid who likes to throw things
My son has already lost or broke four boomerangs. He asked for another for his birthday. Instead I got this for him. He was excited to take them to the park and try them all out. It was sort of a science experiment how each one works and now he he's not "out" if he loses one. All for basically the same price of 1 carbon fiber boomerang. No it's not as nice as one of those but seeing that he's 10, it works for our purposes.

Fun for a bit. But fragile.
Bought this set after my kids accidentally threw his old frisbee over a wall and we couldn’t retrieve it.This set of frisbee came with quite a few selections and they are kind of interesting shape. Maybe because I’m old school, but I only liked the circular shape one. We threw the rest around a bit and one of them hit the tree hard and broke.Oh well, it wasn’t all that expensive, so I’m not loosing sleep over it. Others might enjoy it more than I do.

Perfect for kids, soft yet durable
I brought wooden 'real' boomerangs from Australia for my boys, I quickly learned that they seem to want to just throw them any which way and nearly hit each other in the head. I put the wooden ones up, and ordered these. These are perfect for my kids, now if they hit each other we don't need to worry about a trip to the hospital. They have a sturdy plastic inside and covered with a durable, stiff, but soft rubber.

only 2 fly worth a darn....the round ones....fly like a frisbee.
2 of these fly just fine...the round ones. don't expect the others to fly like a boomerang. They are to flimsy, the aerodynamic shape is not conducive to good flying. I have made far better ones out of aircraft plywood, shaped the airfoils, test flew, adjusted airfoils for more or less lift, decorated them, and painted with polyurethane. ...well I have built 2 full sized airplanes....maybe buy some good ones when you visit Australia next time.
