I have bunions and flat feet, so finding comfort in dressy shoes is a challenge—but these pads are a game-changer. They offer great adhesion, the perfect amount of cushion, and feel incredibly comfortable on my feet. I used them in wide-width strap sandals with a 2" heel, and couldn’t be happier! Note: If your shoes are already snug, the extra thickness might be an issue, so keep that in mind.

These four types of pads do make shoes more comfortable, but they don't stick well at all. The adhesive isn't tacky at all. As you wear your shoes, the pads don't stay in place and move around. It's not just one of the styles that does this but all of them. The "T" shaped ones can help prevent shoes from sliding on your Achille's tendon and around your heel and causing blisters, but they bunch up underneath your foot instead.

These have been a great addition for my feet when I feel i need the extra support and comfort, from my heels that slide off if there is more room in the back of the foot or I need coverage from an area on my foot that rubs too much, these have come in handy at moments notice.

Comfy cushiony, fit to feet.

I lost weight and my shoes ended up all being too big. These inserts both gave me comfort and downsized the shoes a bit so I can wear them again. That in mind, you probably can’t use these on shoes that are already snug, but if they are a little loose, or if you want to buy shoes half a size bigger on purpose these are very comfortable

I thought these would be a little thicker and be a little more comfortable. Why don’t they make these thicker to actually give more comfort? I can’t find anything.

The box I ordered said 4 gel pads, but the box I received included only 2.
