Sure beats an abrasive wheel
A lot cleaner than an abrasive wheel. Less dust and it doesn't get smaller the more I use it. It made quick work of a few hardened screws, and a rusted bolt on a car exhaust. I'm using it on a super cheap import die grinder. I also used it to clean up the edge on a coupling sleeve I cut for the exhaust & it did a great job.

Works great.
I have used this to cut up some old wood paneling into smaller pieces for disposal. It's worked great so far.

Quality brand, durable and dependable cut-off wheel
I have to admit, I was skeptical at first of a battery-powered angle grinder, my GWS12v-30 Lithium 3” angle grinder was my first battery-operated grinder. The CMW300 blade was an upgrade from what came with my grinder. I want to say, I was very happy with the results of the CMW300 blade. I set up a test using three different hardened nails, a 3” galvanized, a 3 ½” ring shank, and a 2” ring shank nail. After charging the grinder, I nailed the three nails into a scrap piece of pressure-treated 4x4 and clamped it to my bench, and then I proceeded to try out my new blade. After securing the nails an inch or two into the 4x4 then I lined up the cuts. The original blade has always been OK in past cuts, but the new CMW300 blade was observably better. I didn’t get any photos of the grinder in action but really, all there was to see was sparks. The CMW300 made short work of all three nails. See photos… I included one 'Stock' photo to show the grinder itself, it does NOT come with the wheel... Doh... I chose galvanized and ring shank nails to demo the hardest surface I could think of for the class of work the grinder was designed for. All in all, I am very happy with my new cut-off wheel. It will be a nice addition to the toolbox when needing to snip a small bolt, a nail, or trimming any other small piece of metal. I won’t be cutting 1” studs off my tractor but really, I think it would be up to the task. The only Con- I could think of is that I did wish it had a larger internal hole so it would fit my larger grinder. Not a big deal if you have the required grinder for this wheel but having the ability to switch over to more horsepower would be nice and I fully believe the wheel would stand up. Having a smaller wheel with more power would let you do more precision cuts. That said, I discovered the blade also fit my small bench grinder. Now it doubles as a narrow cut-off wheel on my bench grinder. I love tools that have multiple uses, all in all, a very sweet deal~!~

The Safe Option For Smaller Objects
This is a great option to abrasive wheels to deal with hard and compact shapes that have the potential to grenade a traditional cutting disc. Anybody who had the pleasure of being around one when it's fragmenting understands the issue. I wouldn't use it to grind through flat surfaces. IMO it's a bit too pricey for that. But it does a great job taking care of everything else with an extra piece of mind.

Great wheel for cutting many materials
After burning up several bargain priced blades, I got this one to try out. It cuts very well, and works great for cutting odd materials like PVC and wooden trim with nails. I have a pile of Chinese made whees that are often good for a minute or two of use before they are just scrap metal. this one made numerous cuts and is still going strong. It didn't seem to load up at all when cutting PVC, and zipped through trim ails like they weren't even there. I did notice a little smoke when cutting pine, but the wheel didn't seem to slow down or get sticky. It really didn't even seem to get hot, which was surprising after seeing some smoke. Although not mentioned on the package, it also cut through corrugated steel roofing, leaving a clean edge, free of jagged shards of metal my saw was leaving. If you're just looking for a wheel that will serve many purposes, and hold up to an entire job, this is a good one to have on hand.
