Great, until they stopped working, but seller fixed the problem.
I loved these lights. Three different timer settings. several different levels of brightness. Fit nicely under my plant shelves. However, I've had this for less than two months and it's stopped working. It started out as a flicker and progressively got worse the more I troubleshooted the flicker until it no longer worked at all, all within a span of 5 minutes. I pulled out every connector and put it back in, unplugged it from the wall several times, pressed the power button and dimmer buttons... Now the power button is flashing and the lights do not come on at all no matter what I do. Super disappointing.Changing my review to 5 stars. I contacted the seller and they sent me a new adapter. Everything is working great now.

Dead in 8 months.
Dead in only 8 months.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I bought these lights 8 months ago almost exactly, and the power supply has gone bad. The AC/DC power supply got HOT even with the lights off, to the point I was concerned what I placed the power supply on, so I'm assuming it probably damaged itself from the heat. I have no idea if the controller or lights are still functional, but plan to buy a power supply with matching specs to try and salvage some cost. Do not buy.

Remote Instructions & everything else to know:
The media could not be loaded. (SEE PICS FOR REMOTE INSTRUCTIONS)Enthusiastically Recommend! I’m really impressed with these lights! Just unboxed, so I’ll update if they stop working. Here’s the pros:• Insanely thin. I don’t even realize at first 2 were in the box. I posted comparison photos with my previous “thin” under counter plant lights. These LBW lights are perfectly flat and are the most seamless solution possible for under shelf or under cabinet lighting for a minimalist aesthetic. The only part that sticks out slightly is where the power cord plugs in.• Normal (non-brick) plug. (Note, there is a brick but it’s further down the cord.) If you’re like me and have lots of plant lights or devices, you’re probably sick of those big plugs hogging multiple spots on your power strip or outlet. For my purposes, the standard size plug works way better. If you’re mounting these under a kitchen cabinet you may find the mid-cord brick more annoying, so your opinion may vary, but this is a positive for me. Also a black cable is easier to hide so I prefer that over the white on my other lights.• the thinness of these and how lightweight they are offer tons of possibilities. I wouldn’t trust the tape that it is packed with, but I’m sure a 3M tape would work fine. There are four holes drilled in each corner so you can use twist ties or zip ties as well. You could easily mount these vertically off the end of a rack shelf if you wanted side lighting.• The provided mounting hardware is mostly garbage. They should just omit this. I haven’t tried the tape but reading many reviews of the tape that comes with similar lights tells me it’s not worth testing and I don’t like leaving a residue on surfaces. The twist ties they include are comically long. They will work but you need to cut them. Honestly just go buy a package of clear small zip ties and make your life easier.• Adjustable brightness. Note that you can’t adjust individual light brightness if you have multiple lights on a controller. If you think you'll want a lower light for a certain spot but want the rest on 100%, buy an extra light. I’m setting up a moss propagation area so the dimmable light is useful for me.If you buy the 4 lights on one controller, it IS possible to turn 2 on and 2 off. It’s a pretty fiddly control and honestly I think you’d be better off just buying two 2-packs. You use the button that looks like a recycle symbol to toggle between two lights on and all lights on, allegedly. I didn’t find the button to work reliably on mine during setup. I had some trouble getting it to turn all the lights back on and even unplugging didn’t reset it. If you notice when setting these up that only 2 cords are getting power or nothing is working even though the power indicator is lit up, start tapping that “recycle” button until they all work.• the 4-pack has 30” individual cords that join at the remote. It ships with all the cords basically stuck to each other - so it resembles one cord - but they pull apart easily so the lights can be spaced. The lights don’t daisy chain off each other, so every light has to be within 30” of the controller, rather than from the next light.I included photos of manual if anyone needs it. These are definitely my new favorite light and I think I will pick up more for some other areas.

Updated review.
2nd update: I upped the stars again. Excellent customer service. The new cords and adapters are still working! Its been 6 months or so and they are still going strong. I hope that means the issue has been fixed for all future product. Didn't give a full 5 stars because of the hassle of the original ones. Update 1: I upped this from one star to 2 stars for good customer service. The company sent new cords that are supposed to be better and updated. The new ones I received have a different model number. Hopefully they are using better quality resistors and the issues will be solved. Will up the stars again if the new ones are still working past 3 months. Original Review : I purchased 5 sets of these lights within a 3 week timespan. They fail after about 3 months of installing them. I have one working one left but expect it to fail in a week or so. One was dead out of the box but the power supply got super hot in the short amount of time I had it plugged in trying to get them to work. I should have paid more attention to the 1 star reviews. Like others mine started blinking and not turning on or off correctly. Even after unplugging them they kept blinking for awhile. I did a little trouble shooting on the last one that failed. Since I have one working set left, I first switched out the part of the cord with the timer, thinking I could cut the timer out and splice the cord together if that was the issue. They continued to blink. So I switched out the half of the cord with the power block. That solved the issue. Also, I noticed the failed power block smelled hot. When I took the power block apart the resistors were bulging on top, I assume that was the issue. Cheaply made parts and potential fire hazard. Don't waste your money.
