Helped recovery
I don’t usually take supplements as I’m cynical as to whether they actually benefit me. However, I recently had surgery that left me so unwell and anemic. My surgeon told me to buy a good quality multi vitamin to aid my recovery so I got these, along with the same brand iron tablets. After a week of taking both supplements, I felt so much better despite the ongoing post surgery pain. My head felt clearer, the colour had returned to my face and I was no longer dizzy and shaky. The supplements are the size of a pea and are a hard gel like texture. They are easy to swallow with no after taste. I would particularly recommend these for anyone who’s just had surgery or has neuropathy as the high vitamin b12 content is great for anaemia and nerve endings. These are one a day so will last 2 months. I will definitely be buying more when these come to an end as they have proved to be essential in my recovery.

A healthy life needn’t be hard to swallow
The first thing I noticed about these capsules was a sort of rotting fish smell when I opened the container. It’s still there a couple of weeks later but thankfully it doesn’t translate into the capsules’ flavour; in fact they have no flavour as far as I can detect. The container came with a seal which was easy to remove, and has a flip-top opening mechanism which is easy to use, and which obviates the prospect of dropping a lid on the floor. The shiny, dark green, rugby ball-shaped capsules are small enough not to be intimidating for anyone used to taking multivitamin capsules. They do contain gelatin, though, so they’re not suitable for vegans or vegetarians. There’s a huge list of the capsules’ constituents in very tiny print on the side of the bottle which includes biotin, vitamin B12, folic acid, vitamin D3 and about 50 other minerals and nutrients.I feel confident using this product and recommend its use for anyone.

Not the best, but a relatively decent multivitamin
These supplements contain 100% of the recommended daily amount (RDA) of ferrous fumerate (which is used to treat and prevent iron deficiency anaemia), niacinamide (a form of vitamin B3 hailed for its claimed benefits to the skin), zinc oxide (an essential mineral) and vitamin B12 (essential for neurological health). It also contains magnesium (9% RDA), manganese (30% RDA), vitamin B6 (50% RDA), biotin (25% RDA) and copper (25% RDA), and many other properties, not all of which I recognise.Copper and zinc are rare deficiencies that few people need to correct. However, iron, magnesium and vitamin B12 deficiencies are more common. These supplements would therefore be a good idea for those at risk of such deficiencies or who wish to make sure they are ingesting a sufficient amount. However, some vitamins are notable by their absence from these supplements, such as vitamin A, E and C (which plays an essential part in the absorption of iron). There are multivitamin and mineral supplement complexes available in good pharmacies which contain all of these in addition to all of the essential trace elements, and which don’t smell, are packaged in blister packs as opposed to a plastic bottle, and cost less.Overall then, I would say these supplements might be a good idea if you feel you need the listed nutrients, but they are not the best you can buy.

Be aware made in India
I have never tried this brand before I usually stick to the well known brands for my supplements....Be aware these are manufacturerd in India I am not confident in taking the tablets as I don't trust what conditions these have been manufactured under... So be cautious.I would stick to a UK brand as they have quality standards and regulations to follow...

All vitamins in one tablet
These are great tablets with all vitamins in one, you get 60 tablets, so two months supply, I think this is quite pricey as you can buy other multivitamins on the market cheaper. There is quite a strong smell to these capsules, but are easy to swallow.
