These are solid quality lights. The color reproduction is good and they get bright. The top LEDs provide light on the ceiling and the bottom diffuser means the light is smooth and doesn't have bright spots.The three color temperatures provide good options from very warm to medium-cold and I found the middle temperature to be a great blend of true white and not too harsh of a blue. The light retains its color temperature when dimmed.Packaging is secure and easy to remove, and the lights are simple to set up. They don't have a cord so you will need to wire one in. Also, as noted in the description, these use 0-10V dimming, which means you need a separate dimmer wire to carry that low voltage signal. Each light comes with hardware to link to another light, and the ends of the lights have nice connectors to plug in when chaining them.Ultimately, I decided to swap these for lights that use a standard phase-cut (rheostat) dimmer instead, because that's more common in households. If you are going for 0-10V dimmers, these lights are an excellent option. The build quality seems quite high and the lights look great.

Well made working great and very bright. The Added DC volt dimmer switch is a must.

As a person who has bought multiple different series of linear lights, these have been the best. Most brands are not showing the ease of chaining lights together, and not is all so simple. These are the easiest out of all brands. They have quick disconnects at the end of each light and it really takes the guesswork away for your average DIYer. Others have complicated wiring or just not enough "run" of the wire to be able to correctly tie together. These actually permit you to "zig zag" the lights with the extra length the wire permits, so you do not necessarily need to connect them in a perfectly straight line. Very easy to use and hang.

These light fixtures are advertised as four foot light fixtures. They are in fact only 44” long.

The DAKASON 4FT LED linear light project 35W downward and 15W of upward light. The color temperature of the lights can be selected between 3000K, 4000K and 5000K with a switch in the fixture. The lights are linkable and can form a light that measures up to 28 feet. All the hardware necessary to link the lights and to hang them is included in the packaging. We found linking the lights to be easy and created two 8-foot fixtures for our use the workshop. We were replacing two old 8-foot florescent fixtures so the power connection was existing. Because we installed these in the workshop, we went with 5000K and did not set them up for dimming. I do really like that these are completely enclosed and that they have both up light and down light. It will make the fixtures easy to clean when that becomes necessary. I am very happy with these fixtures and they sure provide more light than my old florescent lights did.

I bought the four pack to create a square overhead. I ended up 3d printing some corners to make it a full square. Hooking each light up to the next is super simple with knock outs and easy plug in connectors. Color temp selection works great, the dimming is awesome, and the light output on these is INSANE. I also really like the upward facing lights to bounce a little more light into the room.It would be really cool if you could control the up/down lighting separately to create more effects, and a more advanced "warm glow" dim that prioritized the 3000k temp as you dimmed would be a cool feature. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

Overall, don't order these, because there is no quality control. They sent me what was obviously used and damaged lights, missing hardware. Three of the four lights were in the box without padding/styrofoam that the one had which was the only one that seemed like it was new, but even that package was missing random hardware. So obviously all 4 lights we returned by someone else and damaged either by them or just when being shipped. And they didn't bother to look at them to make sure it was all there, or they DID and they sent them anyway hoping I'd just keep damaged, unusable lights? Who knows..either way I won't be reording hoping to get better ones.If you choose to take the risk and order them anyway...Pros: The one I installed before I realized the others were damaged was easy to instal, easy to level, has a nice bright light, with three color temp options that all worked well and looked good. I also chose these because of the additional uplighting which is a nice touch for the truss ceiling in the office I was installing them in.Cons: They're very lightweight, so that speaks to the overall quality. They arrived damaged, which isn't inherently an issue with the lights, but the fact that the plastic light diffuser was so easy to break and the metal was scratched so easily in multiple spots just indicates to me that these aren't of the highest quality materials.The biggest pain is that this is for a commercial space, and the opening is being help up for this. and I have to uninstall one light and then take the time to repack and return all of these. Huge waste of time.
