Q: What is the acidity level of the breakfast blend coffee?

We do not actively measure the acidity levels of our coffees. That being said, we only use Arabica beans in our blends which are slightly more acidic than other beans. Also keep in mind that the darker the roast, the less acidity. Most coffee registers naturally at around a pH5 although that can vary depending on the brewing method, etc. Cold brew would make a less acidic coffee. Hope this helps!

Q: Does sunday drive come in regular, not decaf?

Q: Can I use the decaf in a traditional italian mokka espresso pot?

You can use almost any coffee with any brewer, but the grind level will vary. We grind our coffee to a medium level; most common for the drip method. The recommended grind for a Moka pot is medium-fine, so you could go a little finer than our pre-ground coffee. We recommend buying whole bean coffee and grinding it yourself, so you can achieve the best grind level. That said, the Moka pot is a pretty forgiving brewer. Even if you buy pre-ground coffee that isn’t exactly the perfect size, the right beans will still brew up a tasty cup. You can find our whole bean coffee under another product listing.
