Scarfs for Women Lightweight Print Shawl Wraps Holiday Voile Scarf Gift

While writing a blog post entitled "How to Wear Camo When You Are Over 50" for my blog Atypical60 (you can google the blog because I can't link in these reviews), I came across this scarf when I added it to my idea list (my Amazon Page is the same as my blog). I was intrigued because I felt that it was THE perfect way to introduce camo to the "mature woman" if she is a bit shy about adding this wonderfu print to her wardrobe.Trust me, some of the stuff I've been ordering lately has been garbage but this scarf--it's an absolute winner.The fabric is lightweight and light enough to wear in the summer heat--in fact, it's a blessing when worn in overly-air-conditioned office buildings! It can add an edge to a lbd too! It's long enough that you can wear it to the beach as a pareo-coverup.This scarf is also a four-seasoned beauty. In the winter it'll look great with sweaters and jeans.Overall, this is one of the best purchases I've made on Amazon and I'm thrilled to share this with those who read my blog!

This is an updated review. I wore the scarf twice, both times at my office. It was never exposed to any harsh environment or handling. I took very good care of it. It has never been through the laundry or dry cleaned. I totally enjoyed the design, texture, and colors. However, when I took it off my neck the second time I wore it, I noticed flaws in the fabric: lines of tiny, tiny holes (almost perforated). Oh! What a disappointment. It was otherwise just about perfect for me. It's now too late to return the scarf so I guess I'll throw it away (along with the money used to purchase it). :( DON'T BUY THIS SCARF -- THE FLAWED FABRIC DISINTEGRATES!

The print on the scarf is excellent. It came fairly quickly. I am a little disappointed in the thickness of the actual scarf, as it is very thin and doesn't appear as full as pictured. It is still a very cute accessory, especially for any giraffe loving friends out there! I'm nonetheless excited to give it as a gift!

I love most giraffe things but hate scarves. With winter here I needed some sort of scarf. I love this one. It’s lightweight but keeps my neck warm enough without feeling claustrophobic. Because of its size and weight I can use it as an accessory in the spring and fall too.

I purchased the bicycle print in grey. The photo makes it look like a very light grey (almost white background). The scarf I received had a medium very blue/grey background and it wasn’t really what I was looking for. I do like the light weight and length of the scarf. Would consider ordering in a different print.

A friend of mine just had a birthday and loves musical notes. I thought this would be nice because it looks like sheet music on a scarf. She got a ton of gifts that day but called me to tell me that the scarf was her favorite gift. Now you might think she did that with everyone but you do not know this hold nothing back lady like I do and if she said it she means it.

I got this as part of a care package for my sister who loves giraffes. It was a lot nicer than i expected for the price. Soft, semi sheer, and lightweight. Fun little pick me up to send, and as it's lightweight, it was easy to ship in the package.
