I suffer from gut permeability (Leaky gut) often due to poor quality of american food/water, so taking this supplement 2x a day really helped the gut mucosa to prevent food from getting into the bloodstream wreaking havoc. This is a must have!!

If you have an ulcer or indigestion, I recommend you take one every time you eat. I had severe reflux and stomach pain. That was a possible ulcer. The prescription medication did nothing relieve the pain or stop the reflux. After much research, I learned that zinc L Carnosine helps rebuild the mucus membranes in your digest tract. I use this and acid soothe by enzyme. I took them every time I ate anything and within a few months I was free of stomach pain and reflux.
