Filters well
It filters well but, be aware.... it doesn't taste like cheese, at all.

versatile
purchased this after a recipe called for infused butter, you get plenty for the price, after opening it you'll see its wrapped up in 2 layers i cut a square out wrapped up my materiel and threw it in the pot and squeezed it all out and found i was able to clean it decently well but was giving a bunch for a decent price and ended up throwing the section out, really cool thing i found is it works great as a homemade teabag just tie it up and throw it in like normal

This is great for my Kombucha
This is great for my Kombucha. I make the fermented tea, kombucha, at home instead of store bought. I use 1/2 gallon mason jars. A pack of 6 1/2 gallons jars is less expensive than a gallon jars. I put the fabric over the tea-filled jar and screw on the ring onto it. The fabric is light enough for air to pass thru but too small and strong for to fruit flies thru. I plan to use this cloth for cheese making next. I am very happy with this product.

Worked well for me
It's a large piece that can be cut to your preferred size, easy to clean and seems durable.

Useful and good quality
I have used the cloth for making cheese and it did its job. The quality is good. I have washed it in the washing machine 2-3 times and it's holding together very well

Good for straining soy milk/beans.
I use these for making homemade tofu and they work. They’re sturdy and I can really squeeze well to get all of the soy milk out of my heated beans.I haven’t figured out a good way to get all the dried bean residue out of them yet without soap, and they’re hard to clean after using them for that purpose.
