Q: Just received my zippers. These are 8 inch I ordered 9 inch zippers! Now what!

Are you measuring from end to end or just the zipper part? End to end they measure 9 inches and the nylon zipper is always 1 inch shorter.

Q: Can you specify colors?

There were many shades of colors, not just one red, but like 3 different shades, same with the rest...about 4 different blues. VERY good selection!!

Q: Can I order quantities of specific colors?

You would have to contact the seller I always order the Variety pack.

Q: Can these be cut to be shorter?

I suppose you could but they also sell shorter zippers on here and there is even a bulk zipper with 4,5,6 in zippers in it.
