Use this with zeolite based soft wood pellets and there will be zero smell. You can buy zeolite based wood pellets from a local farm store that sells horse bedding. 1 cup of pellet + 1 packet of this before #1. For #2 do before and after. Zero smell.

Really works. Have a travel 5 gallon bucket w/ toilet seat. Use compactor garbage bags and put 3 poo gel packets in there. We peed 5 times and it was gel when I took bag out to throw out, no bad smell. Very happy with the poo gel packets instead of kitty litter. A must buy

The product performs well for its intended purpose, so there are no major complaints. However, the packaging was frustrating—opening the foil seal was a challenge, and I had to resort to using scissors just to get it open. It also claims to have a lemongrass scent, but I couldn’t detect any fragrance at all, which was disappointing since I was actually looking forward to that fresh scent. The product is okay overall, but I’ll likely look for a different brand next time. The promotional video made it seem super easy to use—they just popped it open and stirred with a knife to activate it. In reality, I’m not interested in doing all that extra work. For me, it just didn’t live up to the hype.

These are great for portapotty in my trailer. Soak up urine just fine and leaves a gentle scent afterward.

I bought the AOKE Portable Toilet Absorbent Gel Powder for camping and emergencies, and it does exactly what it’s supposed to do. The powder quickly turns liquid waste into a gel, which makes cleanup way less messy, and the light lemon scent helps keep odors under control.

It does work good about controlling the scent. Also it solidifies the urine. It is easy to dispose of the waste then.

If this was the only one you used and hadn't tried anyone else. You could say all positive things about it, however I was asked to leave a review of the product please. Ok but I need to try some others too to get a level playing field with these. This then is my review of this product, there are more out there less expensive, better at absorbing faster and they have a much better smell. Where I used 3 of this brand and another brand the other brand gelled up quicker and was more absorbent than this brand for the same amount of liquid and same amount of gel. Also the other cost less than this brand. I just recommend that if you are going to use on a regular basis I would read reviews and get 3 in the same price range, amount of gel packs and scented vs unscented and figure out which will work best for you in your situation. I used mine in my RV (where my RV toilet isn't working presently) I'm using in a 5 gallon bucket with bags inside).

I thought these weren’t too bad until I used a different brand. These have to be opened with scissors and the granules poured into the toilet. The scent is pleasant. They didn’t absorb as much as they say they do. The other brand I bought absorbed more liquid and was much easier to use as they didn’t need to be opened.
