This heater works great. Puts out plenty of heat and keeps my dog warm on the patio. Very easy to hang up.

Turns on, but will not turn off with remote. Puts out “OK” heat, but not great and is SUPER bright.

Puts out a lot of light because it's essentially just a light bulb. Puts out an almost imperceptible amount of heat, even in the confined space of my small terrace with a low overhang. Could feel actual heat only within 6-12 inches of the heating element. Useless, returning. (Also, if you lose the remote this item becomes inoperable, even with the switch on the top.)

I was hoping this would have sufficient heat for my gazebo (10X12) I put on my deck. Unfortunately, NOPE! even with curtains closed on the side that gets the most wind. Unless your standing rite underneath it, it will not warm you up. (I live in Virginia, so winters are very doable) If u see my set up, it’s standard seating. So the heat isn’t powerful enough to heat 3-4 feet below where it hangs 360 degrees. Also, please keep in mind ** DO NOT LOSE REMOTE** it will not work. The lamp gives off a ton of light, we didn’t have to turn in the string lights. I’ve decided to keep this bcuz I wanted something that did not sit on floor bcuz my toddler & fur baby and the patio heaters are too tall to fit under gazebo. So we will keep it and use our throw blankets with table top fireplace..

It offers a lot more light than heat in general. The other interesting aspect is that there is no way to start the heater without the controller. If the controller breaks, you are kind of stuck. Working with company to see if I can get a replacement.

Très belle lampe chauffante pour mon gazebo, de bonne qualité. La seule chose que je n'aime pas c'est qu'elle éclair blanc clair, et de très forte intensité. Donc ça attire beaucoup les moustiques.

I received this heater quite promptly and set it up on my patio. Actually very pleased with the heater. (Didn't get a remote which would have been handy.) I will direct this review to the function of the heater as that was the purpose of the purchase and I am satisfied with the product. I have a ferrel rescue dog that needs to be kept warm while we rehabilitate her in these cooler temps now.
