great value for the cost

Great instant hot water heater...We use it for hot tap water, and to supply water to dishwasher...The unit was received with a defective pressure relief valve.... I contacted their customer service and they responded by morning...They shipped me a new valve immediately...Unit ships direct from China and is traceable...I plan on ordering a second unit in the near future....There is a how to install video, it is in Chinese but the visuals are self explanatory

defective but replaced

The first unit was installed by a certified plumber and done correctly. A month or so after the install we noticed a leak on the floor under the unit. It was leaking from inside the unit dripping out through the 2 halves of the body. The company was great about replacing it. New unit is working perfectly. Fast shipping on the replacement unit and good communication.

misrepresented in description

I received the water heater and could not find the faucet and hose connection pictured in add. I was told these were not included, however no mention was made in the advertisement that this was the case, so I returned the heater and Amazon refunded my money.
