Today is the 2nd day of use. Yesterday I had taken a scoop of Shilajit with the spoon provided along with coffee, it was OK. Had a slight bitter, smokey taste. Today I took half the amount with milk and it was good. The product is authentic and I vouch for it.

I used kapiva earlier. Tried this now...there is clear difference. Kapiva is lot better

Ordered 40gm one! Been using Shilajit of other brands but wanted to experiment a new brand as it looked promising. Lefts residue in water, mixes very easily, and have a different taste than the other shilajit I've tasted before. Would not recommend as of now! Will keep posting if I see any effects from using Truhabits Shilajit.

I was looking for authentic Shilajit for quite some time after researching a lot of the benefits of Shilajit for strength, Stamina and Muscle building. I took capsules which have some powdered form and felt no difference whatsoever. Decided to give this brand a try and the difference is instantly recognizable. After consuming it for some time, I can lift heavier, Feel more energetic, stamina has increased and also halps mental state. Passed all the tests for genuine Shilajit and really happy with the purchase.

Ok so I am going to get the hard facts out of the way. All shilajit has an unpleasant odor and taste. The odor is a faint manure smell and the taste strait up is like ear wax with dirt. Yeah I said it, and it is absolutely the truth. I do not get paid for this and even if I was, there is no reason to BS people into buying a lie. Now that, that is out out of the way the product works a little too good. I have ADHD and anxiety. I feel more balanced on this than I do on my medication. My brain is not doing the multiple mental gymnastics that I usually experience. I have so much more energy and I sleep very well at night. As far as exercise, I was able to do over 10,000 steps in just a couple of hours, when I normally can’t do more than 7000 in a day. I will continue to buy. I take mine in mint tea. It removes the odor and the taste is completely undetectable. I will stress that the tea should be prepared the British way. Tea bag in, hot water poured, and shilajit added (sugar milk etc). When I made it the American way it tasted burnt, so there is probably something to the British tea experience, but do what works for you. I do wish it had a longer spoon with a more accurate measurement of the amount needed. If you buy this product, you really only need about half of the spoon size that was included.
