Excellent Value
I have purchased several flowropes including some well known brands and am quite impressed with both the lighter and heavier ropes in this set. Good feel and flexibility, good durability, easy to use immediately. The best value for the price of any ropes I have found.

Nice OctoRope Alternative
Was curious about the rope fitness options but balked at octorope price. The heavier version of the two ropes in this set worked nicely for a reasonably fit 5'7'' female. Youtube has many helpful videos and the rope work is a fun activity for a yard or the beach.

Great purchase!
I am a complete beginner to trying out rope flow and this was such a great bargain to get 2 different weighted ropes, 1 best for beginners (300gm) and 1 a bit heftier for a more intense experience (500gm). The quality seems very nice and they are perfect for my intro experience. I would recommend!

Great ropes for the money can’t be beat for what you pay.
Heavy to light just a few ropes I’ve come to enjoy using. Although OctoRopes maybe the Cadillac of all ropes for Flowing. These two I’ve just bought are also well made and just as enjoyable and challenging to use. Oh and at half the price and for that price you get 2 for 1 ropes. Great product. Will buy again as gifts. TY

Falsely advertised as flow rope (they are way too long)
These are essentially thick jump ropes, they are too long to use as flow ropes. I guess someone should tell the manufacturer what a flow rope actually is so they can stop advertising them as something they are not.

Weights not as advertised
The weights of the ropes must be arbitrary. The green rope i received weighed around 370g, and the black rope weighed about 338. The quality of the rope itself seemed fine, but I returned.

Too light and flimsy
Both ropes are too lightweight and flimsy to be good flow ropes. Will be returning.
