It's a steal for this price. The quality of this product is high and it works as advertised. It comes with a tracking sheet that prevents you forget and skip the day. I highly recommend it.

After completing the recommended 30-day "challenge" of using the product, I have mixed feelings about its effectiveness. While I did notice a "pump" in my masseter muscles after a few days, I began experiencing some discomfort - though not outright pain. To mitigate this, I took a couple of days of rest in between sets. Although my wife remarked that I looked different, I personally did not observe any significant changes in my physical appearance.As a firm believer in the power of reducing body fat for enhancing physical appearance, I am skeptical of the purported benefits of mewing. There are numerous examples on YouTube that demonstrate the superiority of a healthy diet and regular physical activity (including both cardio and weight lifting) in achieving a lean, toned physique.Unfortunately, I found it challenging to incorporate this additional task into my already hectic daily routine. Balancing work, family, and social obligations left me with little time to spare. Thus, I will continue to stick to my current regimen, which has yielded positive results in the past (diet and exercise).Although the product itself is of high quality and appears to work well, I was unable to commit to using it beyond the initial 30-day trial period. It is possible that the true effects of the product may only manifest with long-term use.

They’re ok with this money

Recently started using it, I do multiple sets of 50 reps exercising couple times of a week and already getting great results!

One of the rubber pieces is starting to break in half after about a week usage. I followed the instructions on placement and went lightly on biting to avoid this issue but it still happened.

Don't like the fact that the rubber breaks off in my mouth
