I put these in all my telecasters. These with some 60s or late 50s style hot pickups is the blues tone you're looking for. Much better for blues than .047 or .022 caps. I adjust to right before it sounds like it's underwater and those icepick tones disappear leave behind this blues tone that's just right. Not to bright, not to dark, just blue.

These are good caps for humbuckers and p90s in my opinion and neither of them have failed yet and I've had them for a bit.

Great tone in my strat with Wilde L-90 pickups!
