the Insulin powder was hard to take, it was bad tasting. this is much easier. I do not know if it is working. My blood suger is still between 140 and 180 most of the time...My goal is to have it around 100.. I have been taking the Insulin leaf for about 3 months now.

I read some reviews and went ahead to purchase. I thought I found gold! Quite the opposite. I started taking these as directed. I took two in the morning then two at night. I took half my metformin dose at lunch because I didn't want to take everything together. Sometimes, I didn't take my metformin at all. I purchased another bottle and continued taking it as directed. A few days ago, I went to have my A1C checked. I was confident that it would be less than 6 since it was a 6.2 when I started. To my horror it is now 6.8! OMG I am terrified and obsessing to find out how to get it down quickly. I really trusted this product and believed it would work but it failed me. Maybe it worked for someone but it definitely didn't work for me. Now I need to explain to my doctor how this happened 😭

Combined with the fruits and veggies capsules as well, this has lowered my blood sugar levels, which is hard being a truck driver I dont get to choose healthy foods always when I'm on the road so both of these items have been a blessing.

After using Insulin Plant for over a month my values are down into normal range even after coming off my metformin. Also it's great that I only have to take 4 capsules of this version compared to 6 capsules of other similar products, awesome results, thanks a ton.
