Q: can I use it on an electric cooker?

With a radient heat cooker such as a thermal ring or plate yes, but only with a metal diffuser underneath. Halogen I have no idea. Induction no, as the container for the food would need to be mettallic.

Q: Can it be used as a plate for 1 person or is it very big? I am looking for and individual plate casserole

In our home it feeds 2 - 3 people so I would say not suitable for individual serving

Q: Is this oven proof? Included the lid?

Yes its oven safe plus the lid, i cook lamb in it and it is so tasty and tender, I love it, the instructions tell you to increase the heat gradually so I put it in a cold oven, turn the heat on 50° for 5mins then 150° for 10mins then 200° for 1hr 30mins thereabouts mine is an electric oven and not the greatest, so probably takes longer in my oven, hope this helps
