Great product if you use it properly
This is a great product. As for the simple question, does it work? Th short answer is yes it does. The long answer is, it depends on you. While on the one hand I'm as skeptical as anybody when it comes to most fitness supplements, I have used this one to great effect. I was on a major cutting diet and I felt that this helped me no-end to achieve my goals. But I would follow this up with a couple of caveats.Firstly, the efficacy of this product is all on you. Throwing a few pills in your mouth and expecting the fat to melt away is just lunacy. You need to use this with a balanced and well formulated diet. One where you get enough proteins, one where you're actually exercising properly and one that you are sticking to.Secondly, I would share my experiences on this product. It says four pills per day, but not once have I been able to get to that. It's too much for me. I would suggest starting with one pill in the morning and one mid-afternoon or pre workout (if you work full time like me and only gym in the evening). I found this was enough 99% of the time. The added bonus is it was a great spark for all my workouts. It provided me more focus, drive and I felt more energized. I got more out of the workout!Thirdly, a few warnings. Read the labels and instructions. It says to reduce your caffeine intake while taking. This advice I completely ignored when I first started using it. I still maintained my desk job lifestyle with 15 odd cups of coffee a day plus 2-3 pills. Let me tell you I didn't sleep a wink! I was up all night completely unable to get any sleep. I reduced my caffeine to two cups of coffee per day and this was the perfect balance!Do not take this product 2-3 hours before bed. Words to live by!When you take your morning pill, drink down a whole glass of water with it. Trust me this makes all the difference.I would also add, don't make this part of your every day long term. I found that after 3-4 boxes using them how I was, my body got used to them and the effects wore off. You do need a break every so often. I found maintaining a 2 months on, one month off cycle the best, your mileage may vary.Out of all the fat burners on the market, I felt that this one was effective. I chose wisely and the list of ingredients is actually pretty good. There is no rubbish in this, it's all as you would expect. If anyone remembers the old Xenadrine RFA-1 formula with ephedra, I would say I got similar results using this one.And the proof? Well, I am 30kg down, I'm well into a great weights and lifting program, I have more to cut and I know this is playing a great hand in me attaining my goals. This product is great - PROVIDED that you use it properly! Read the instructions, behave yourself at mealtimes, make sure you exercise and above all, listen to your body.Pro tip: For big weight cutting, I found that simply waking up an hour earlier, taking my Grenade and going for a one hour walk in the morning seriously improved my weight loss in a big way. It seemed the right combination. Remember. Like all supplements, it is a SUPPLEMENT, not a crux!

Just Add Effort!!
Since an embarrassing triple chin photo 3 years ago, I've been trying to lose weight and get myself into shape. I'm a guy in his mid 30s, 6'4", previously skinny as a rake - but an endless supply of crisps, pork pies and KFC had taken their toll. Over the past 3 years I started to eat far better, binned fizzy drinks, started to run & workout, but unless I focused solidly I couldn't keep the weight off and would easily slide back up to 15 & 1/2 stone.I decided in March to really go for it or to give up and embrace the flab. Looking in health stores, my head was turned by the novel packaging of Grenade. Before taking the plunge I looked into the product's rep and it did seem to be highly recommended. So, I invested in a Grenade, unsure as to what would happen. The first week was pretty odd. I recommend that you start on the half dosage!! I felt absolutely hyper, so full of energy - I was hitting the gym waaay harder than before - I was convinced those first few days that I had to be taking something illegal! I highly recommend you start taking them on a day you aren't at work, and due to the amount of water you have to drink, when you'll be able to visit the toilet often. As well as a seemingly endless supply of energy, my previously insatiable hunger was controlled - I was eating but was content with half the portions I'd previously been putting away. The end of the first week was a disappointment - I had not lost anything! Unperturbed, I moved up to full dosage and tried to eat better and drink less alcohol - although at this point I still wasn't putting in maximum effort. At the end of week two, I weighed in - and had lost 9lbs!! Unsurprisingly I tried the scales a few times, in shock! I could not believe it - had this been the only drop in weight I would have been happy, but it kept coming. I realized 9lbs was a platform to build on, so at this point I took the whole process as seriously as I could, and I found that my fitness was improving as fast as the weight was dropping off.At the end of 2 Grenades, in just under 2 months, I had lost two stone. My body started to get used to the capsules at this point, and with birthday celebrations coming up, I took 5 weeks off. In this time even with said celebrating, I still managed to maintain the weight loss. I then decided to go back for more, and 2 weeks into Grenade number 3, I'm at 13 stone, which I didn't think would be possible, and I'm constantly having to have discussions about my new figure as I'm told it's really noticeable! The biggest compliment I can give Grenade other than my personal experiences is that at the beginning of the process, my work colleagues and friends scoffed at the packaging and the idea that the capsules could help weight loss. 3 months later it's no longer something that is joked about and I am now seemingly becoming a Grenade salesman in my social circles! What I will say is that having experience with them, it's clear that the effort you put in is fairly crucial. They are not miracle pills! Weight loss on weeks that I drank lots of alcohol and ate constant junk food did not come anywhere near those weeks where I watched what I ate and trained regularly. I would recommend only having cheat dinners and alcohol twice per week or less and training 4 or more times per week for best results. All in all Grenade has changed my life. It may sound like a cliche but it's helped me shed the weight I wanted, get in the best shape I've ever been in and gain confidence in my appearance, all in such a short space of time - I can't recommend these highly enough to you - as long as you're motivated and willing to put the effort in, you're sure to have the same success I have!

Mostly good, some negative side effects, would recommend
cool looking packaging, rather cumbersome and not ideal for taking round in a bag or storing somewhere like work without a few questions being asked (marketing for them I suppose?).I read the leaflets and from what I've found best I take two in the morning on an empty stomach, and two at lunch, around 6 hours apart. If you do take these tablets please take them with a big glass of water as if you don't they leave a rather hot?/unpleasant feeling at the back of your throat, it's hard to explain but if you take them you will know what I mean, they suppress hunger quite well and DO give you LOTS of "energy", I find myself talking quite a lot when these things kick in, they're full of herbs and other stuff that speeds up your metabolism etc. And I have felt a lot lighter whilst on these...But you sweat like a pig and if you don't drink enough water over a few days you start to get caffeine headaches, so beware of that. Good for an energy boost and great to help you to run/bike/swim further as the ingredients also act as inhibitors to feelings of exhaustion (when running long distances it doesn't feel as tiring), though this may be due to the fact I have lost weight and find it easier to move around.
