Q: Excuse me but i don't understand the meaning of: rubber side face the bar and rubber side does not face the bar. explain please ?

The strap has one side with rubber the other does not. When your wrapping it on the bar the non-rubber part needs to go on the bar. Therefore when you grip it your hands,you are gripping on the rubber part for better grip.

Q: Not to be naive, but what is the benefit of using these straps?

The straps secure your grip on dumbbells, barbells for doing squats, shrugs, handles for pull-ups, etc. But the primary reason I use these straps is for reverse curls. I have grip issues due to arthritis and carpal tunnel so without the straps, the best I can do is about 75 pounds using an EZ curl bar. With the straps I've done 125 pound curls for 10 reps. (Video is on here somewhere) They take the pressure off your hands and allow you a much better grip. I literally can hold 75 pounds with one fingertip on each strap it holds so well.
